Solar Plexus Chakra

The Solar Plexus Chakra represent our ability to be confident and in control of our lives.  The solar plexus chakra is located at upper abdomen in the stomach area.  The solar plexus chakra effects self-worth, self-confidence and self-esteem.  The color that represents this chakra is yellow.  

There are plenty of ways that you can stimulate the solar plexus chakra in your body.  Here are a few examples: Sunshine, exercise, yellow foods & drinks, yellow gemstones [tiger's eye, peridot, etc] and yellow clothing. Using yellow oils such as lemon or rosemary essential oils can also help stimulate the solar plexus chakra energy center.
