Root Chakra
The Root Chakra is the lowest chakra and represents our our survival and our right to exist. The crown chakra is located at the base of the spine. The root chakra effects and deals with tasks related to the material and physical world, ability to stand up for oneself and security issues.. The color of the crown chakra is red. The root chakra connects you to the ground and grounds you to the earth. It connects you to all things life as you disperse and receive energy form the earth.
There are plenty of ways that you can stimulate the root chakra in your body. Here are a few examples: Physical exercise and restful sleeps, gardening, pottery and clay. Red food & drink. Red gemstones, red clothing, bathing in red, etc. Using red oils such as ylang ylang or sandalwood essential oils.
